- We try to be accurate, but event details can change — always confirm on the official ticket page.
- Don’t abuse the service (no scraping, hacking, spam, or illegal use).
- Spotify features depend on your Spotify account and the permissions you grant.
Terms of Service (legal)
Effective date: 2/12/2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SESHN (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SESHN provides discovery and recommendation features for live music events and may integrate with Spotify to personalize recommendations and create playlists at your request. SESHN does not sell event tickets.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with these Terms. If you use Spotify features, you must have a valid Spotify account.
3. Accounts and Spotify integration
If you connect Spotify, you authorize SESHN to access certain Spotify data and perform actions (such as creating a playlist) based on the permissions you grant. Spotify’s terms and policies also apply to your use of Spotify features.
4. Third-party services and links
The Service may display content from or link to third parties (e.g., Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Spotify). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are between you and them.
5. Event information accuracy
Event details (dates, times, lineups, venues, prices, availability) can change and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always confirm final details on the official ticketing or event page before making plans.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to access or probe systems without authorization.
- Scrape, spider, or bulk-download data from the Service except as permitted by law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including rate limiting circumvention.
- Reverse engineer the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by SESHN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
8. Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SESHN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required for security or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
